STANDARD LEAFLET SPECIFICATION

  • A STANDARD LEAFLET is a single sheet of printed material.
  • Maximum finished size A4 (297x210mm).
  • Can be printed 1 or 2 sides.
  • Paper should be limp (maximum we allow is 170gsm).
  • The content should convey information to individuals either as a stand-alone item or part of a pack i.e. INSTRUCTION LEAFLET.
  • Standard Leaflets are Zero VAT if criteria is met.

STANDARD LEAFLET OPTIONS

  • SIZE FLAT: A4 297x210, A5 210x148, DL 210x99 or A6 148x105.
  • SIZE FINISHED: Same as SIZE FLAT because Standard Leaflets do not fold.
  • MATERIAL TYPE:
  • STANDARD WHITE  UNCOATED, SILK COATED or GLOSS COATED
  • ECONOMY TINTED   UNCOATED
  • FSC ACCREDITED WHITE   SILK COATED or GLOSS COATED
  • A sealer is always applied to FULL COLOUR LITHO on SILK COATED.
  • MATERIAL WEIGHT (GSM): Range is 80gsm to 170gsm but each material has restrictions due to availability.
  • QUANTITY: Restrictions on quantity are governed by the size of Leaflet. Select button for options.

  • Maximum size A4 (297x210mm) when folded or can be smaller.
  • Printed on 2 sides.
  • Paper should be limp (maximum we allow is 170gsm).
  • The content should convey information to individuals either as a stand-alone item or part of a pack i.e. INSTRUCTION LEAFLET.
  • Folded Leaflets are Zero VAT if criteria is met.

MATERIAL SPECIFICATION

STANDARD WHITE COATED
This is a Double Blade Coated material which comes in a Gloss or Silk finish. We offer weights from 100gsm to 300gsm and is used for many standard products.

STANDARD WHITE UNCOATED
This is a Smooth Bond material which comes in 4 weights 80gsm, 90gsm, 100gsm and 115gsm. It is Laser Compatible and can be used for Stationery items such as compliment slips , letterheads and Litho pre-prints.

STANDARD PULPBOARD
An uncoated Board which is bulky but not heavy. Offered in 4 weights 140gsm/200microns, 170gsm/230microns, 210gsm/280microns and 295gsm/380microns

ECONOMY TINTED
We offer this grade for a really economical way to produce many attractive products. We print in Black only onto a Tinted Paper approx 90gsm. We buy end of run reels of tinted paper at trade prices and pass the savings onto you. We cannot guarantee which colours are available as these are our lowest priced leaflets and the stock moves very quickly.
